Yes, it surely must be a sign of the end times, but Westar is actually... planning. He's surrounded by pages of paper, on which he is writing down his ideas for taking out the Precure.

It would probably be more effective if the many (many, many) ideas didn't include things such as;

"infiltrate an opposing dance group to humiliate the precure"

or

"DONUT WEAPON????"

and let's not forget

"take out the ferret, he is a dangerous foe"

[Eas is... Well she's not sure that she's ever seen Westar look so focused in the entire time they've worked together.

At first she just stands in the doorway silently, she kind of needs a moment to take in what's happening here.

It wont take her too long to come to her senses and she'll closer to peer at what he's working on.

...She should have known, of course he wouldn't have come up with anything remotely useful.

Instead of helping him out though, she thinks it might be more amusing to send him off on his way. If he screws up it'll just make her look better in Lord Moebius' eyes.]

...If you're going to use any of these ideas, you should probably use the donut weapon to take out the ferret.

[ This was it. The final showdown. It was supposed to be the time in which the students would band together to end the Mastermind's reign of terror once and for all.

... except for Naegi, it wasn't that easy for him to really do so now. Especially not with the revelation that Togami was the one behind all of the murders and heinous deeds that Monobear had done, pushing and dragging their friends - his friends - to their breaking point.

He couldn't believe that Togami - the same Togami that comforted him, encouraged him in his own little way after the deaths and executions of his peers and classmates - was the one that drove them to their deaths, but... this is where they stood now, wasn't it?

He'd vowed that he would end the mastermind's spree and help everyone escape Hope's Peak, and he was going to push forward regardless, but...

Did it really have to come to this? ]

So... it really was you all along, wasn't it... Togami-kun...

[So the game was coming to a close. He isn't sure if this is faster or slower than he expected. Oh, certainly, he wanted to milk this for all it was worth, but the grand finale was always going to happen.

...Part of him wasn't happy about that. This game had been... fun. In ways he hadn't anticipated. It was almost sad for things to end now.

But then again... wasn't that feeling beautifully despair inducing~?]

[A cold grin was nothing new on Byakuya Togami, but not like this. This wasn't the regular kind, the kind that said "I'm smarter than you so HA". This was the grin of someone who, surely, must be empty inside.

This was the face of Super High School Level Despair.]

[ All Naegi could do was stay silent, his fists balled and turning white from how tightly he was clenching them as Togami revealed himself.

Honestly, he had hoped that they were wrong, even as he was putting in that vote. Sure, death wouldn't have been that much better than them being right about him being the mastermine, but at least then Naegi would have felt better knowing that he wasn't responsible for the nine deaths that had resulted from Monobear's machinations.

Instead, he feels utterly sick to his stomach. Togami was one of those whom he confided in, trusted in, bonded with...

Even with the proof in front of him, he can't bring himself to think of Togami as the one who locked them all away in Hope's Peak for his own twisted amusement. He still thinks of him as Byakuya Togami, one of the few people he could call friends here in Hope's Peak - and perhaps a little more - and the one person he knew he could count on despite his bitterly cold demeanor.

Naegi forces himself to stop that line of thought from continuing any further; he looks as collected as one could be under the circumstances, but his tightening fists and the undercurrent of anger in his tone belie what he's really feeling right now. ]

Funny, I don't feel like I have any reason to be happy with myself now...

[ Ah, Valentine's Day. Romance, young love and the smell of chocolate was the order of the day for Urara as she settled into the now empty home economics classroom and getting ready to make her favorite delivery penguin a present~

It was going to be perfect! At least, she hoped it would be... considering that the last tiem she attempted to make something ended up causing more of a mess than an actual edible item she wasn't about to take any chances. Especially if she was aiming to impress Syrup with her efforts! These would be the best chocolates ever--!

Of course, in her case it wasn't chocolates that she was necessarily making - or rather, she knew that it was typical for a young maiden like herself to give chocolate to the guy she loved, laying her feelings bare to him in a sense. Except she and Syrup weren't exactly the most typical couple by any means, what with her being a Precure and him being a penguin fairy and all.

So, instead of chocolate... well, she figured she'd make something he'd actually like - chocolate pancakes. Because hey, pancakes! Plus, there was also less of a risk of Milk getting to the chocolates first, as Nozomi had warned her a few times leading up to the day.

This was a solid plan, of course, except... she was still trying to get the hang of this cooking thing. Hence why she'd gotten permission from Nuts to skip meeting up at the Natts House for the day so she could work on this.

... the sound of her humming fills up the empty room as she starts putting together the ingredients, except- ]

[ Except tripping on herself and crashing into the pantry is a thing. Oops.

[Syrup doesn't actually know a lot about holidays here in weird mix of Tokyo and apparently Paris Japan. He knows of them, vaguely, in the same way that technically a high school student knows the general location of most countries. The knowledge is there, it just hasn't had any practical application yet. Christmas, yes, and the odd birthday, but other than that? Not really.

So he doesn't even really think about what the current date means.

Hell he's actually been having a pretty chill day. Well, other than having more deliveries than normal for some reason? A lot of the mail is pink and that's kinda different, but hey. He's just done with delivering another letter when he hears the sounds of crashing. Immediately, he rushes towards the source of the sound.]

W-What's going on?!

[Looks over at Urara.

...This is why he doesn't allow any of you girls into the kitchen back at Natts House without supervision, you realize.]

[ Oh, Syrup. You know not what madness today tends to incur in people. Especially young maiden-hearted girls like Urara.

. . . speaking of, she coughs as she peers up at Syrup from the floor of the kitchen, covered in flour and splotches of melted chocolate from her earlier attempts at the pancakes. Upon realizing that she now has an audience, she squeaks in panic as she shoots herself upright, brushing flour and cocoa off of the hem of her skirt. ]

A-ah! I'm sorry, I wasn't aware there was someone else here! I promise I'll clean up once I fini--

[ . . .

Hey, wait a minute. ]

S-Syrup?! W-what are you doing here?!

[ Okay, now she's even more flustered, if that were even possible. She flails a little in a panic before she composes herself, coughing in embarrassment as she looked away, her cheeks reddening while she played with her hands behind her back and shyly drawing circles on the floor with her foot. ]

... I'm okay, really! Just... trying to work on something at the moment. I'm sorry if I worried you, though...

[It's the Precure meet and greet, and all the teams are here. Haruka is feeling rather self conscious and awestruck at the more experienced teams around her... until she hears something, and ends up practically charging right up to Hime.]

[ The Mirror Kingdom - it's a particularly uneventful day again, for all but one young woman who's wandering the halls of the grand castle housing the kingdom's crystals.

After giving Hidarin and Migirin her regards as well as catching up with what had happened since she was here last, Nozomi sighs quietly as she stood in front of the Mirror Kingdom's crystals, a sad smile playing on her expression as she studied them... her gaze in particular lingering on the rose-colored crystal, covered in a spiderweb of cracks from long ago.

Has it really been a year or so since then?

. . . I wonder if the others still remember. Or if the events of then have long faded into memory for them...

Perhaps her friends would think it a little silly, but she didn't want to forget. She refused to forget. All of the memories and the time she spent with her... they may have been but fleeting moments for her, but they were still precious all the same.

She died because of me... protecting me... would things have been different, if I were strong enough...?

Her thought remains unanswered - she doubted that she'd ever find a satisfactory answer to her question in this lifetime anyway - but she'd always inevitably end up on that line of thought while she was here.

Still, she never stopped the question when it came up in her mind, especially today - the anniversary of their battle in the Mirror Kingdom and when she'd encountered her mirror self. For now, though, she pushes that to the back of her mind as she sat down nearby, admiring its nostalgic beauty with a sad, wistful smile on her face. ]

[ So, it's just another quiet day at base camp as far as anyone is concerned, right?

. . . you'd be wrong. So wrong.

Whatever Lon'qu is doing right now? That's gonna be interrupted by a panicked Lissa who chooses that exact moment to run into his tent, out of breath and frantically trying to do... something, she doesn't look like she's sure what.

Upon spotting the presumably-confused swordsman, she runs up to him and places her finger on his lips in a shushing motion before he can so much as get a single sound out. ]

Don't--! Not a word, please--!

[ With that out of the way, there's a commotion outside of his tent that's growing louder - and Lissa goes for the only option that she has right now, which... is to dive under his bed and make another shushing motion. ]

. . . I wan never here...

[ Haruka ]

[ So. Uh. Awakening derps at Noble Academy. That sure is a thing now.

Lissa's not even sure what kind of Outrealm mission that she ended up getting caught up in, just that there were monsters afoot that needed beating up and people that needed her help.

So here she is at Noble Academy right now, just... looking so confused at what exactly she just signed on for. And quite possibly getting a little frustrated at the fact that there's so many people staring at her like she's from another planet.

Or that she escaped from a nearby anime convention or something. Either or. 8U ]

H-hey...! What are you looking at...?

[ ...It says a lot about the people in this army that Lon'qu doesn't do more than just kind of freeze when Lissa enters his tent and hides.

Meanwhile, the commotion outside soon calms down enough before the owners of the voices - whom Lon'qu will recognize as Chrom and Robin - soon decide to head out. Their voices fade into the distance.

Though Lissa refuses to actually come out of hiding from under the bed until she's sure that the coast is clear. ]
