[Life on Earth was something else. Something... else. There really was no comparing it to Homeworld or any other place in the galaxy. For some, it was a truly incredible place. And Pearl could certainly appreciate it too, she really could! But it was so very human.

And of course it was, it was their planet. Wasn't that part of what they had fought for? But Pearl couldn't ever appreciate them the same way she could Gems. Not the way... Rose could.
