Indeed, Makoto hadn't seen Mana yet. It was... weird. Mana is many things, but certainly not the type to fade into the background. It made her a little concerned. Maybe not necessarily for Mana's sake, just yet. Because what if she was up to something?
But she notices the chocolate. It's not even that she's keeping an eye out for it. However, when literally everyone she passes seems to be carrying the same pink-bowed chocolate with them.
...And then she hears that voice. Makoto sighs a little as she turns, both fond and exasperated.
"Mana." It's said at a normal volume and she very deliberately waits for Mana to catch up with her, rather than approach her herself. "That's too loud."
